How to manage your membership

You can manage all aspects of your membership using the My Account link located in the upper right hand corner of the navigation bar.

The My Account drop down menu contains links to:

Update your personal details

Change your payment method

Upgrade/renew or cancel your subscription

Access your favourited content via the My Favourite link

To listen to the audios from a mobile device please choose the “Listen in Browser” option on the audio playback page.

Please also make sure you are connected to a good Wi-Fi or 4G connection before streaming the audios, otherwise they may buffer and interrupt your listening experience.
